Leya is a six-story multifamily mixed-use building in Fremont's Innovation District, developed as part of the city's broader push to bring high-density housing to its growing tech corridor. The project called for a full glazing package — from individual residential windows to large-format storefront systems at street level.
Lighthouse Windows served as the single glazing subcontractor for the entire building, coordinating directly with the general contractor from rough-in through final seal. No hand-offs, no gaps in accountability — every lite of glass on this project was installed by our crew.
